Dr. Cameron Read
B.Kin, DC, Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Read is a Kingston native, and his athletic upbringing lead him to complete a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Brock University in 2011. He then obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he graduated Cum Laude with clinical honours distinction. In addition to his chiropractic training, Dr. Read is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University, and has received training in concussion management through the Shift Concussion Management Program.
Dr. Read combines a comprehensive functional assessment with a number of different tools, including manipulative and soft tissue therapies, medical acupuncture, and active rehabilitation in his approach to injury management. Combined with his evidence-informed, patient-centered model of care, Dr. Read is committed to helping his patients reach optimal function, performance, and overall health and well-being.
Dr. Mallory Kohlmeier
B.Sc, DC, Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Mallory Kohlmeier was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Biology and Psychology in 2011 from Wilfred Laurier University, where she was a member of the women’s varsity basketball team. She recently graduated with clinic honours in June of 2015 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Kohlmeier’s approach to chiropractic care includes a combination of manipulative therapy, soft tissue therapy, contemporary medical acupuncture, active rehabilitation, and patient education. She has obtained additional certification in the assessment and management of concussions through the Shift Concussion Management Program, as well as Webster Technique that focuses on chiropractic care for pre- and post-natal women. Dr. Kohlmeier has a special interest in working with athletes, elderly patients, and the prenatal population. She is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for her patients, while incorporating patient-centered and evidence-based medicine.
Registered Massage Therapist
Tamra has been practicing Registered Massage Therapy for the last 15 years and relaxation massage for five years prior to her career as an RMT. She previously taught massage therapy for six and a half years at a private college in Cornwall. Tamra’s intricate knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics allows her to identify her client’s injuries and problem areas. Tamra specializes in deep tissue massage, pre and post-game sports massage, plastic surgery scarring and relaxation massage.
B.Kin, Registered Massage Therapist
Dillon has 4-year honours bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and a 2-year diploma in Massage Therapy obtained from Trillium College in Kingston. After 6 years of study, Dillon is a proud Registered Massage Therapist. His personal interests include health and fitness, but his passion is working with his clients to achieve their goals and get them back to doing what they love!
Since January of 2019, you’ll find Leanne tending to our daily office operations at Frontenac Chiropractic. Although being in a Chiropractic setting was new for her, maintaining great client care is not. Leanne is a licensed hairstylist, and has been since 2005, she now also has holds her Red Seal in the trade and enjoys working in the salon when she is not in the office. She is also a newlywed with 3 beautiful children who are her pride and joy. In her spare time, Leanne enjoys travelling and attending concerts with her husband by her side.
